When Problems Strike

To solve your printing problems, a clear report of the service issue will make for a speedier recovery. Here are a few things to observe:

  1. Any message or light pattern on the printer display, and any error message on your computer display.
  2. Type of print job, e.g. PDF, form, etc., software application in use, e.g. Excel, and operating system in use, e.g. Win XP.
  3. Description of print quality issues.
  4. Recent hardware/software upgrades.
  5. Unusual noises or smells coming from the printer.
