When Problems Strike
To solve your printing problems, a clear report of the service issue will make for a speedier recovery. Here are a few things to observe:
- Any message or light pattern on the printer display, and any error message on your computer display.
- Type of print job, e.g. PDF, form, etc., software application in use, e.g. Excel, and operating system in use, e.g. Win XP.
- Description of print quality issues.
- Recent hardware/software upgrades.
