Printer RX Plus

Printer RX Plus is a twist on a standard maintenance agreement. We begin by cleaning and inspecting the printer, and then give you a written report on the printer condition and any recommendations for service. Once the printer is in good working order we agree to maintain the printer for 12 months for a flat fee, all parts and next-day onsite labor included. Toner, drums, and maintenance kit items (transfer kit and fuser kit) are not included. If your printer's manufacturer's warranty has expired, you can't make a better choice than Printer-RX Plus.

Pay-Per-Page

Pay-Per-Page is similar to the cost-per-copy programs you may use for your large office copier. Like Printer RX Plus, we begin the program with a cleaning and inspection. Once the printer is in good working order we agree to maintain the printer for 12 months for a flat rate per page printed. There is a 2500 page per month minimum for this program, and page charges are billed monthly. We developed Pay Per Page knowing that printer users spend more than necessary on printer supplies and repairs. We also know they'd rather not spend their valuable time attending to their machines.
